育本質的回歸。并探討了教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）本質回歸的原因及實現(xiàn)本質回歸的條件。這對全面認識素質教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）有積極意義。

當前我國教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）界關注的焦點是“應試教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）”向素質教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）的轉軌。對于這個轉軌的實質，教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）理論界尚缺乏統(tǒng)一的認識，這就導致目前素質教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）從概念到具體操作都出現(xiàn)見仁見智現(xiàn)象的重要原因。我們認為教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）在本質上是素質教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)），“應試教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）”是教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）本質的一種異化現(xiàn)象�！皯嚱逃╳ww.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）”向素質教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）轉變的實質是教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）本質的回歸。

一、教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）在本質上應該是素質教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）

關于教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）的本質，古今中外的許多教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）家、思想家都作過不同的論述。我國孟軻在《孟子．盡心篇》中最早說：“得天下英才而教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）之，三樂也”。《中庸》上說：“修道之謂教”�！盾髯樱奚怼分姓f：“以善先人者謂之教”�！墩f文解字》中說：“教，上所施，下所效也”、“育，養(yǎng)子使作善也”。在西文，夸美紐斯主張：“教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）在于發(fā)展健全的個人”。盧梭則認為：“植物是由栽培而成，人是教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）而成。”裴斯塔洛齊更是明確提出：教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）是“依照自然法則，發(fā)展兒童道德、智慧和身體各方面的能力�！倍磐f：“教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）即生活”、 “教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）即生長�！碧K聯(lián)巴拉諾夫等認為：“教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）就是形成個性的一個因素。教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）就是人們想用某些手段達到一定目的，即發(fā)展和形成受教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）者的一些特定品質�！本C上先哲們教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）實質的觀點，盡管滲有他們各自的哲學觀、社會觀、倫理觀，反映著不同的時代、不同階級的要求，但他們的論述卻集中在一個基本的共同點上，即把教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）看作是培養(yǎng)人的活動，其目的在于促使個體社會化，促使受教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）者的身心得到發(fā)展，在知識、品格等方面都能適應社會的需要。而個體先天自然因素和后天的社會因素包括知識技能、文化涵養(yǎng)、心理品質等的“合金 ”就構成了個體的素質，所以教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）在本質上就是培養(yǎng)個體的素質，即素質教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)
