兩岸“直航包機(jī)”7月4日開始
國(guó)民黨副主席江丙坤內(nèi)定臺(tái)灣�；鶗�(huì)董事長(zhǎng)，由他召集的“兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)議題項(xiàng)目小組會(huì)議”4月14日端出兩岸開放的具體內(nèi)容與時(shí)間表。兩岸直航時(shí)間定在7月4日，每周五至周一對(duì)飛。初期以桃園、小港為對(duì)口航點(diǎn)，飛航北京、上海、廣州及廈門4個(gè)機(jī)場(chǎng)。請(qǐng)看《中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)》的報(bào)道：
The weekend charter flights across the Taiwan Strait will begin on the first weekend in July, and flights will be arranged from Friday to Monday. It is expected (that) direct charter flights will operate daily before the end of the year.
兩岸周末包機(jī)將于7月的第一個(gè)周末首航，每周五至周一都有航班。今年年底之前有望實(shí)現(xiàn)每日包機(jī)直航。
該報(bào)道中，charter flight 指an aircraft flight that has been arranged and paid for by an individual or group for a specific trip，就是“包機(jī)”的意思，weekend charter flight 是“周末包機(jī)”，direct charter flight 就是“直航包機(jī)”。
Charter在這里是形容詞，意為of or pertaining to a method of travel in which the transportation is specially leased or hired for members of a group or association，即“包租的”；它也可以用作動(dòng)詞，表示“包租…”之意。
