部分應(yīng)屆生為找到一份滿(mǎn)意的工作而大打“感情牌”�！白园住钡淖髡�，大四學(xué)生小陳稱(chēng)，寫(xiě)這份“自白書(shū)”的目的首先是追求獨(dú)特，現(xiàn)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)如此激烈，如果不能一舉搶得用人單位的“眼球”，那么就很難保證應(yīng)聘的成功率。
據(jù)了解，目前不少應(yīng)屆生都在找工作之際大打“感情牌”，以便更好地推銷(xiāo)自己。

一家用人單位的負(fù)責(zé)人抱怨，原本花幾個(gè)小時(shí)就能完成篩選，現(xiàn)在工作量上升了好幾倍，讓人不甚其煩。
這類(lèi)自薦信的淘汰率很高，以前是簡(jiǎn)歷“注水”嚴(yán)重，如今一份原本應(yīng)該簡(jiǎn)單明了的材料也如此濫情，實(shí)在讓他們懷疑大學(xué)生的個(gè)人誠(chéng)信。
一些高校的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)專(zhuān)家認(rèn)為，薦信如果太過(guò)“煽情”，反而會(huì)降低求職“成交率”。求職信有一套操作規(guī)范，大學(xué)生完全可以不用“別出心裁”。自薦信，忌給自己戴高帽子，忌炫耀以往的經(jīng)歷，這樣易給人一種華而不實(shí)之感。
