一、重點讀定位處，鎖定線索詞

這是七選五的一篇大綱樣題，要求填充段首所缺的部分內(nèi)容。此時需要重點閱讀空缺之后的內(nèi)容，尋找線索詞。About 75 million years ago the Age of Reptiles was over and most of the groups died out. 主干意思是說爬行動物的時代結(jié)束了，大多數(shù)已經(jīng)滅亡。根據(jù)語義銜接可判定前句應該出現(xiàn)爬行動物。根據(jù)此線索找到C選項，最后一句即是在談The amphibians gave rise to the reptiles爬行動物出現(xiàn)。
二、利用邏輯關(guān)聯(lián)詞，理順邏輯關(guān)系
Today, the social sciences are largely focused on disciplinary problems and internal scholarly debates, rather than on topics with external impact. Analyses reveal that the number of papers including the keywords “environmental changed” or “climate change” have increased rapidly since 2004. (43)_______________.

既然大綱規(guī)定新題型重在考察一致性與連貫性，那么題目中必然有很多考點涉及到邏輯銜接關(guān)系。為了保持一致與連貫，句子之間通常會用邏輯關(guān)聯(lián)詞表示銜接和過渡。比如2013年的這道真題，要求補全段落的后半部分，所以重點讀前面的句子。the number of papers have increased rapidly.在講論文的數(shù)量快速增加了，后文也應當談及論文數(shù)量的話題。B選項正是在談the numbers 數(shù)量問題，并且與前文構(gòu)成轉(zhuǎn)折關(guān)系。所以遇到邏輯關(guān)聯(lián)詞，我們可以通過理順邏輯關(guān)系的方法來確定選項。
