考官讓你抽一個(gè)話題，給你1至2分鐘準(zhǔn)備，讓你做1至2分鐘的演講。這部分比較接近雅思口語(yǔ)考試的第二部分。例如：Describe an activity in school.
When I was in middle school, I attended a training class for dancing, because then, many classmates of mine told me that dancing was not only a wonderful sport which could exercise my coordination which I used to be poor at, it could also improve my artistic taste, and many of them would attend the training. I was trained there for about 2 month. The instructor spent about 1 month training my basic skills like flexibility, music sense, sit-ups and pull-ups and basic movements like pony, sunrise and twist. To me, all those training items seemed more like an aerobics training class other than a dancing class, but who cares. Two month passed, and I didn’t think I really know how to dance well then. But later, when I was old enough to go dancing with my friends, all those training items seemed to work well, you know, I could dance a movement at only one sight of it, which is a mission impossible to most amateur dancers. This activity brought me a strong sense of achievement.

這種形式非常接近考研筆試寫作的圖片作文，只不過(guò)是以口語(yǔ)的形式考。每個(gè)學(xué)校會(huì)根據(jù)自己的想法來(lái)指定考試的具體的形式，但一般都會(huì)包括以上的兩到四個(gè)部分。專業(yè)備考：
不必?fù)?dān)心專業(yè)詞匯太少
現(xiàn)在很多學(xué)校英語(yǔ)復(fù)試的形式更加靈活，比如不再采取單獨(dú)的英語(yǔ)復(fù)試，而是把英語(yǔ)復(fù)試和專業(yè)課復(fù)試融在一起進(jìn)行，其具體形式大概可以分為兩種：
1.專業(yè)課老師與英語(yǔ)老師組成一個(gè)復(fù)試團(tuán)隊(duì)，復(fù)試過(guò)程中專業(yè)課老師用漢語(yǔ)提問(wèn)專業(yè)問(wèn)題，而英語(yǔ)老師用英語(yǔ)提問(wèn)一些與考生考取專業(yè)相關(guān)的問(wèn)題。例如，考取金融方向研究生的考生可能會(huì)遇到如下問(wèn)題：
Could you explain the Chinese monetary policy in English?
What do you think will be the impact of current global economic crisis on Chinese economy?
2. 由于現(xiàn)在高校老師的整體素質(zhì)提高，復(fù)試中由專業(yè)老師直接用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行提問(wèn)。
雖然用英語(yǔ)對(duì)專業(yè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行考查是研究生復(fù)試的一個(gè)新的趨勢(shì)，但考生不必?fù)?dān)心自己的專業(yè)詞匯太少或無(wú)法用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn)，因?yàn)榧词褂糜⑽奶釂?wèn)專業(yè)相關(guān)的問(wèn)題，這部分的目的仍舊是考查考生的英語(yǔ)水平，問(wèn)題一般比較淺顯，不會(huì)涉及到大量專業(yè)詞匯。除一般性備考外還要注意：關(guān)注與自己專業(yè)相關(guān)的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，注意閱讀報(bào)紙或雜志上相關(guān)的文章，適當(dāng)積累一些專業(yè)詞匯;如果學(xué)過(guò)英文原版教材，注意其中的專業(yè)詞匯。
其實(shí)并非所有專業(yè)的考生都會(huì)遇到英語(yǔ)復(fù)試中考查專業(yè)問(wèn)題的情況。一般涉外專業(yè)或國(guó)際化較強(qiáng)的專業(yè)如經(jīng)濟(jì)(如考取中央財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)、對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué))、傳媒、語(yǔ)言專業(yè)的考生要注意對(duì)專業(yè)問(wèn)題的準(zhǔn)備。
