重視教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）科學(xué)的原創(chuàng)性，發(fā)揮教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）科學(xué)在教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）事業(yè)發(fā)展中的基礎(chǔ)性、戰(zhàn)略性、先導(dǎo)性作用
無庸諱言，中國(guó)的教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）科學(xué)研究與國(guó)內(nèi)其他學(xué)科領(lǐng)域發(fā)展水平相比，與國(guó)際教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）科學(xué)研究發(fā)展水平相比，在觀念、體制、方法、技術(shù)、管理和氛圍等方面，在對(duì)理論發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)和對(duì)實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)的影響力方面，都存在著一定的差距，特別是教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）科學(xué)成果原創(chuàng)性不足的問題尤為突出。中國(guó)教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）界對(duì)原創(chuàng)性研究的渴求，首先來自于那些長(zhǎng)期得不到真實(shí)解決的重大教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）問題和社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期面臨的教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）新問題�，F(xiàn)有的教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）理論尚不能令人信服地解釋正在發(fā)生的教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）現(xiàn)象；現(xiàn)有的教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）建議還不能成為現(xiàn)實(shí)地解決重大教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）問題的可操作性的方案。
