　　9月26日早上8點(diǎn)半，面試開始，20幾分鐘后，我已經(jīng)在返回住處的路上了，

。這次面試，我是第一位，進(jìn)去以后，看到有5位老師并排坐著，我首先向他們鞠躬問好，最旁邊一位老師笑吟吟地請我坐下。在這種氣氛里，這樣的友好讓我立即感到輕松很多。面試共20分鐘，分5個階段：一是自我介紹階段。由于我事先準(zhǔn)備過，比較容易，我覺得在這個階段吐字清楚，內(nèi)容簡短且聲音宏亮，給面試?yán)蠋熈粝螺^好的初始印象，同時自己也要抓住機(jī)會，在這個階段調(diào)整自己，盡快進(jìn)入狀態(tài);二是專業(yè)介紹階段。自己對所學(xué)專業(yè)有多少理解就概括起來說一下，讓這些老師對你所學(xué)專業(yè)有個大致了解。由于我當(dāng)時理解錯誤，沒有說重點(diǎn)，結(jié)果把這個專業(yè)在我們學(xué)校的隊(duì)伍構(gòu)成和實(shí)驗(yàn)室概況說了一下，現(xiàn)在想想都覺得當(dāng)時有點(diǎn)可笑;三是抽題單答題階段。我抽了兩道題，都是機(jī)械原理方面的，需要一種綜合知識的能力，由于我復(fù)習(xí)沒有到位，所以有一道題答得不好，還思考了很久，我想當(dāng)時要是直接說不知道就好了，因?yàn)榇疬@道題我用了很長時間，估計(jì)會令老師有點(diǎn)不耐煩;四是老師提問階段。除我導(dǎo)師外的任意一個老師提出一個與我專業(yè)有關(guān)的問題，說實(shí)話有點(diǎn)難，我努力給自己一個反應(yīng)的時間，在復(fù)述問題的時候搜索答案，結(jié)果還是沒能想出來，問題說完我也不敢拖延時間，就向老師說“對不起，這個問題我暫時無法解決”。我覺得很難過，當(dāng)時看書時只顧去看那些知識，卻沒有想到用它去解釋現(xiàn)實(shí)中的問題;最后的階段是我的導(dǎo)師提問。就他研究領(lǐng)域某一問題，讓我分析一下。這需要綜合的知識和分析問題的能力，我覺得比較簡單，因?yàn)楫吘挂郧皩I(yè)知識有較深刻的理解，所以我就按我的思路，用專業(yè)知識去分析，提出方案。我想這個問題不在乎你說的是否正確，這是一個靈活的問題，或者是用來考察你思路是否清晰，是否具備解決問題的能力。整個面試?yán)餂]有英語能力考察，面試結(jié)束后我有禮貌地退出，并叫下一個面試者進(jìn)去。來到走廊里，窗外一座高樓，兀自豎在面前，擋住了我的視線，我有點(diǎn)壓抑，覺得剛才的表現(xiàn)不是很好，不愿再去想剛才的情景，只想早點(diǎn)知道結(jié)果然后回家。后來見到師姐，她開玩笑地說：“如果你沒有通過面試，會哭嗎?”我想了一會說：“不會，因?yàn)椴皇俏宜龅拿考露紩俏蚁胍慕Y(jié)果，也許我會很難過，但我不會哭，畢竟我很努力了。”

　　筆者在面試時，老師提問主要是量子力學(xué)。這一門課程只學(xué)過半個學(xué)期，并且它本身很難，復(fù)習(xí)時也沒有作為主攻課程。這時，筆者首先回答了基礎(chǔ)性的問題，如波粒二象性、薛定諤方程的物理意義等等;然后對方老師開始問一些超晶格中的量子物理現(xiàn)象(超晶格也沒有學(xué)過，只看過基礎(chǔ)概念)。此時，對策是先說出它的基本物理意義，然后再反問對方老師現(xiàn)在研究的進(jìn)展如何，碰到的問題怎么樣。然后就著老師的回答，對他研究中所用到的原理與提問，用學(xué)過的物理知識回答。然后再討論式的請問老師如何解決問題，他此時會問筆者如何解決。這時再用自己所學(xué)，加上一定的發(fā)揮來回答(這種問題不論對錯，只是老師考學(xué)生思維方式的一種手段)。

　　面試時間約35分鐘，對方老師較滿意。

　　第一，英語問題。英語絕對是第一關(guān)，此關(guān)不過，其他的沒有什么必要再了解了;

　　第二，完善的職業(yè)計(jì)劃或者學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃。一個不知道自己想做什么的人，很難讓人相信你會認(rèn)真對待將來的學(xué)習(xí);

　　第三，合適的背景知識。進(jìn)入?yún)R豐學(xué)習(xí)，你是需要具備一定的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和數(shù)學(xué)的，沒有很好的專業(yè)水平和數(shù)學(xué)水平，老師也會懷疑你的將來的學(xué)習(xí)能力的，這里你可以通過面試把你的專業(yè)和數(shù)學(xué)水平表現(xiàn)出來;

　　第四，良好的心理素質(zhì)和與人溝通交流能力，或者科研能力，前者你可以說自己有很好的職業(yè)規(guī)劃，后者的可以表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈的讀PHD的科研欲望和能力，也就是說你應(yīng)該讓老師相信你可以有很好的發(fā)展前途的;

　　第五，良好的個人綜合素質(zhì)。這點(diǎn)是通過面試過程中的諸個細(xì)節(jié)體現(xiàn)出來的，諸如坐姿，跟老師的eye-contact等等都是非常重要的細(xì)節(jié)，大家可以從平時就慢慢注意一些細(xì)節(jié)，免得最后為此而出什么差錯。

　　第六：總體感覺。確實(shí)沒有想到匯豐會這么快的為大家所認(rèn)可，從保研的人數(shù)可以推測考研的人數(shù)也會成倍數(shù)上漲的，所以，大家要認(rèn)真?zhèn)淇�，全面�?fù)習(xí)，盡最大努力，抱最大希望。我為你們祈禱。

《如何化解英語面試問題? 見招拆招!》(http://clearvueentertainment.com)。這次面試，我是第一位，進(jìn)去以后，看到有5位老師并排坐著，我首先向他們鞠躬問好，最旁邊一位老師笑吟吟地請我坐下。在這種氣氛里，這樣的友好讓我立即感到輕松很多。面試共20分鐘，分5個階段：一是自我介紹階段。由于我事先準(zhǔn)備過，比較容易，我覺得在這個階段吐字清楚，內(nèi)容簡短且聲音宏亮，給面試?yán)蠋熈粝螺^好的初始印象，同時自己也要抓住機(jī)會，在這個階段調(diào)整自己，盡快進(jìn)入狀態(tài);二是專業(yè)介紹階段。自己對所學(xué)專業(yè)有多少理解就概括起來說一下，讓這些老師對你所學(xué)專業(yè)有個大致了解。由于我當(dāng)時理解錯誤，沒有說重點(diǎn)，結(jié)果把這個專業(yè)在我們學(xué)校的隊(duì)伍構(gòu)成和實(shí)驗(yàn)室概況說了一下，現(xiàn)在想想都覺得當(dāng)時有點(diǎn)可笑;三是抽題單答題階段。我抽了兩道題，都是機(jī)械原理方面的，需要一種綜合知識的能力，由于我復(fù)習(xí)沒有到位，所以有一道題答得不好，還思考了很久，我想當(dāng)時要是直接說不知道就好了，因?yàn)榇疬@道題我用了很長時間，估計(jì)會令老師有點(diǎn)不耐煩;四是老師提問階段。除我導(dǎo)師外的任意一個老師提出一個與我專業(yè)有關(guān)的問題，說實(shí)話有點(diǎn)難，我努力給自己一個反應(yīng)的時間，在復(fù)述問題的時候搜索答案，結(jié)果還是沒能想出來，問題說完我也不敢拖延時間，就向老師說“對不起，這個問題我暫時無法解決”。我覺得很難過，當(dāng)時看書時只顧去看那些知識，卻沒有想到用它去解釋現(xiàn)實(shí)中的問題;最后的階段是我的導(dǎo)師提問。就他研究領(lǐng)域某一問題，讓我分析一下。這需要綜合的知識和分析問題的能力，我覺得比較簡單，因?yàn)楫吘挂郧皩I(yè)知識有較深刻的理解，所以我就按我的思路，用專業(yè)知識去分析，提出方案。我想這個問題不在乎你說的是否正確，這是一個靈活的問題，或者是用來考察你思路是否清晰，是否具備解決問題的能力。整個面試?yán)餂]有英語能力考察，面試結(jié)束后我有禮貌地退出，并叫下一個面試者進(jìn)去。來到走廊里，窗外一座高樓，兀自豎在面前，擋住了我的視線，我有點(diǎn)壓抑，覺得剛才的表現(xiàn)不是很好，不愿再去想剛才的情景，只想早點(diǎn)知道結(jié)果然后回家。后來見到師姐，她開玩笑地說：“如果你沒有通過面試，會哭嗎?”我想了一會說：“不會，因?yàn)椴皇俏宜龅拿考露紩俏蚁胍慕Y(jié)果，也許我會很難過，但我不會哭，畢竟我很努力了。”

　　面試時間約35分鐘，對方老師較滿意。

　　第一，英語問題。英語絕對是第一關(guān)，此關(guān)不過，其他的沒有什么必要再了解了;

　　第二，完善的職業(yè)計(jì)劃或者學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃。一個不知道自己想做什么的人，很難讓人相信你會認(rèn)真對待將來的學(xué)習(xí);
