　　五年級的學生已經(jīng)不再單單從外表來評價自己的老師，他們更注重教師的知識內(nèi)涵和個人修養(yǎng)，幽默風趣、和藹可親的教師他們喜歡，但在教學時嚴謹認真的教師更讓他們欽佩。

　　2、優(yōu)化教學設計，創(chuàng)造性地使用教材。

　　小學英語的教學設計應當是在學生現(xiàn)有的認知水平和心理水平的基礎上來選擇恰當?shù)慕虒W內(nèi)容，不能教材上有什么，就不加取舍的教什么。如果教學設計依照教材，面面俱到，不分輕重，就會加重學生負擔，挫傷學生學習英語的積極性。因此應根據(jù)學生的情況做適當取舍、調(diào)整、修改和補充，創(chuàng)造性地用好教材。

　　3、借助情景、游戲，增加課堂教學的趣味性。
