A man from the state of Chu was taking a boat across a river when he dropped his sword into the water carelessly.
楚國(guó)有一個(gè)人坐船渡江的時(shí)候，他不小心把自己的一把寶劍掉落在江中。
Immediately he made a mark on the side of the boat where the sword dropped, hoping to find it later.
他馬上掏出一把小刀，在寶劍落水的.船舷上刻上一個(gè)記號(hào)。
When the boat stopped moving, he went into the water to search for his sword at the place where he had marked the boat.
船靠岸后，那楚人立即從船上刻記號(hào)的地方跳下水去撈取掉落的寶劍。
As we know, the boat had moved but the sword had not. Isn’t this a very foolish way to look for a sword?

記得那一次上課，郝老師剛說(shuō)完上課就笑瞇瞇地在黑板上寫下兩個(gè)大字“練習(xí)”，全班同學(xué)都沸騰了，認(rèn)為是大顯身手的好機(jī)會(huì)。我想：憑我平時(shí)讀過的書，拿個(gè)名次絕對(duì)是張飛吃豆芽――小菜一碟！
老師剛抄下一道題，教室里立刻鴉雀無(wú)聲，只有沙沙的聲音，同學(xué)們用“武器”攻擊這些“堡壘”，有的不會(huì)只好“跳”過去。我很快做完了題，一數(shù)只有一道不會(huì)做，我興高采烈在交了上去，老師掃射了一遍，會(huì)做的全對(duì)。同學(xué)們沒有全會(huì)的，我與另一個(gè)同學(xué)并列第一。
下面是搶答題，同學(xué)們有的張開了“血盆大口”；有的`則胸有成竹端坐著；有的則手忙腳亂的補(bǔ)充“能源”？我屬于第二類人。老師剛報(bào)出題目，有的就“怒吼”出答案，唯恐老師“接收”不到；有的則在那兒苦思冥想，做一臉“苦瓜狀”；有的則在翻書？這次，我搶答了三道，排名第二。
然后是歇后語(yǔ)與成語(yǔ)的比賽，我均以絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)取得第一與第二。這次上課，我共上光榮榜六次，所以，這次擂主非我莫屬啦！
