　　中午回來家，我就準(zhǔn)備把鞋子刷刷，我先把早上的濕鞋子拎進(jìn)浴室，用自來水沖了一下，我又找來鞋刷、小板凳、洗衣粉，準(zhǔn)備工作已做好了，我就開始刷鞋子了。我把水龍頭打開，一邊沖一邊刷，我就用力的刷，先把外面刷刷，再刷里面，可是有幾個地方怎么也刷不干凈，鞋上還是臟的，于是我就把水龍頭關(guān)掉，把洗衣粉灑在鞋的表面，然后就用刷子用力的刷，來回地刷，鞋子上被我刷出了好多泡泡，這些泡泡都是黑的真臟，這也說明我的鞋子有多臟，已經(jīng)好久沒刷了，要不是今天被雨淋濕，我可能還不刷呢。就這樣我把兩只鞋子都灑了洗衣粉，每只都用力的刷，直到干凈為止，里里外外都給我刷干凈了。我就把水龍頭打開，把鞋子放在流動的水頭上沖干凈，一邊沖我就一邊用鞋刷再刷刷，很快我的鞋子就被我刷的干干凈凈。我把鞋子拿起來看了看一點(diǎn)也不像以前那黑黑的臟兮兮的'了，而且還留有洗衣粉的香味呢。我就鞋子拿到陽臺找個通風(fēng)的地方給它吹干。

　　做完這些準(zhǔn)備后，我們就開始登山了，登上半山腰就看到一個非常美麗的湖，湖水很清澈，在往上走一段路，就來到了今天活動的主要地點(diǎn)——一條清澈見底的小溪，還有大小不同、各式各樣的`石頭。剛好我渾身都是汗，我?guī)е�水槍“撲通”一下跳進(jìn)了小溪里，這水冰得我好舒服，我都想喝一口。

　　我們沿著小溪邊走邊進(jìn)行著非常激烈的打水仗游戲，水流有時很急，有時很慢，有的地方水很深，有的地方水很淺，我很興奮，一邊玩著，一邊又擔(dān)心有水蛇。

　　走出小溪之后，我們沿著繩索和藤蔓爬了一段非常驚險的路，才來到了修建好的登山道，然后就回家了。

　　這個暑假假期，我和爸爸媽媽來到了我們一直向往的地方——四川成都。一直想去尋找舊時成都的繁華與秀麗，想去領(lǐng)略山城獨(dú)有的風(fēng)姿，想去享受那令人回味無窮的青城茶，想去細(xì)細(xì)的品味四川成都的麻辣美味，想去感悟那博大精深的佛文化......

　　四川成都最有名的景點(diǎn)當(dāng)然還是九寨溝了，國家的AAAA級景區(qū)。九寨溝的夏天真是綠意盎然，仿佛置身于一個美麗的、如同仙境一般的童話世界。九寨溝錯落分布的海子有140多個，每個海子都形態(tài)各異，色彩絢麗，并且許多的海子都會有一個神話故事，這些神話故事也給予了九寨溝幾分神秘的色彩，也令來來往往的.游客們贊嘆不已。這也似乎告訴了我們，我們要綻放自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，勇于表現(xiàn)自己，釋放自己的美。

　　最后我們還去了藏族，那里的阿姨給我們的講解還真是令我們耳目一新、驚嘆不已。在他們那里，最貴重的就是銀子。女孩子在12、13歲的時候父親都會親手為她們打做一條漂亮的銀腰帶，這條銀腰帶貼在身上帶可以幫助身體排毒，當(dāng)毒素排到銀腰帶上變成黑色時，就可以把牙膏擠在布上，把毒素輕而易舉的擦掉，然后就可以繼續(xù)使用了。

　　當(dāng)然我還學(xué)習(xí)了一招可以緩解身體上的疼痛或者緩解三高的方法。首先準(zhǔn)備一個銀碗，然后把煮熟的兩個雞蛋的清扒開放進(jìn)碗里，再放入四五瓣大蒜和兩三片姜，最后把紗布套在碗上，把碗倒過來捂在疼痛的位置上，當(dāng)碗里的東西變黑時就可以不再繼續(xù)捂著了�？梢娿y子真的很貴重，不僅可以當(dāng)作掛飾好看，而且還可以緩解人們的疼痛、起到排毒的功效，難怪藏族人民都很看重銀子。

　　這次的暑假生活可真是豐富多彩，不僅游覽了中國的秀麗山河，而且還從銀子中學(xué)到了不少用處。這才是真正的暑假生活，十分的有意義。

　　到了中午，我的肚子也咕嚕咕嚕的叫了起來，我跟爸爸去炸雞店吃了炸雞大餐，吃飽了，我也依依不舍地跟游樂場說了聲再見。

　　暑假過了一半了，我去陳老師泳訓(xùn)班學(xué)游泳，剛開始學(xué)換氣，過了不久學(xué)自由式，一個月過去了，到了測驗(yàn)的日子，我的心里也不自覺得緊張了起來，本來沒信心的我，竟然通過了二十五米的來回考驗(yàn)，老師也頒給我一個獎杯及一張獎狀，我也比了個勝利的手勢，拍照下來當(dāng)作紀(jì)念。

　　今年的暑假真是個大豐收的暑假，有玩、有看又有學(xué)才藝，希望明年的暑假趕快到來，我將好好運(yùn)用這個漫長的時間，將我的人生好好的充電一下。
