上流式厭氧污泥床反應(yīng)器的腐蝕與防護(hù)

摘要： 由于上流式厭氧污泥床（UASB）內(nèi)發(fā)生的反應(yīng)主要屬于化學(xué)過程和生物過程，因此UASB反應(yīng)器內(nèi)壁極易發(fā)生腐蝕，從而影響反應(yīng)效果，降低設(shè)備使用壽命，增加維護(hù)費(fèi)用。在分析了上流式厭氧污泥床反應(yīng)器的結(jié)構(gòu)與工藝對(duì)腐蝕的作用的基礎(chǔ)上，討論了腐蝕機(jī)理，提出了應(yīng)在改進(jìn)防腐設(shè)計(jì)、采用耐腐蝕材料和對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行防腐處理等3個(gè)方面采取措施，從而防止UASB反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的腐蝕現(xiàn)象。 Abstract： Because of the chemical and biologicalre actions in an up-flowanaerobic sludge blanket (USRB) reactor, the inner surfaces of the UASB reactor are easy to corrode, so that the reaction efficiency and the service life of the reactor are decreased and the maintenance cost is increased.
