新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中的環(huán)境問題及其對(duì)策
摘要： 分析了我國(guó)農(nóng)村地區(qū)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村環(huán)境污染難以解決的主要原因是環(huán)境保護(hù)意識(shí)淡漠,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)粗放,環(huán)境管理思想和治理模式與農(nóng)村現(xiàn)實(shí)相脫離,環(huán)境保護(hù)科研力量薄弱.為有效解決農(nóng)村環(huán)境問題,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)宣傳,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)村環(huán)境保護(hù)意識(shí);大力發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè);加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村飲水安全及生活用水處理;進(jìn)行農(nóng)村生活垃圾分類收集和資源化利用;健全基層環(huán)保機(jī)構(gòu),加大環(huán)保執(zhí)法力度,有效控制鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)污染;加大資金投入,抓好基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè);積極推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化和工業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè);加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村環(huán)境保護(hù)科研工作,加快新技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用.
