摘  要：19世紀(jì)的英國作家夏洛蒂勃朗特與臺灣現(xiàn)代流行作家瓊瑤雖時隔百年，但他們之間卻有著《庭院深深》與《簡愛》這兩本小說，這兩本書無論在情節(jié)、人物安排還是結(jié)構(gòu)上都有著驚人的相似。甚至連女主角的出走和復(fù)歸也如出1轍。但作者在相似的表象背后也有著各自不同的安排。由此在其各自的作品中賦予主人公不同的性格、理念及其生活方式，這種差別充分體現(xiàn)了那種浸潤在骨子里的中、西方文化和宗教所帶來的認(rèn)識上的不同。
