留學(xué)生個(gè)人陳述有什么技巧及范文
1.個(gè)人陳述的基本結(jié)構(gòu)。個(gè)人陳述主要包含三大塊內(nèi)容。第一，開頭，這部分是對自己基本情況的介紹。第二，中間部分，該部分主要又分為四小部分，一是對自己工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的介紹；二是對自己的愛好、特長及獲得的榮譽(yù)進(jìn)行介紹；三是介紹自己申請留學(xué)的原因，未來的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃、想要學(xué)習(xí)的專業(yè)方向等；四是對自己學(xué)習(xí)完成后工作計(jì)劃的介紹。第三，結(jié)尾，該部分需要強(qiáng)調(diào)下自己申請留學(xué)的強(qiáng)烈愿望。
2.個(gè)人陳述需要注意的技巧。第一，避免撒謊。一定要避免撒謊，不管是家庭條件還是學(xué)習(xí)背景，都要保證其真實(shí)性，你可以憑借自己的能力把普通的經(jīng)歷寫的精彩，但一定不可撒謊，一旦老師發(fā)現(xiàn)撒謊現(xiàn)象，其必然會對你的個(gè)人陳述，甚至你個(gè)人產(chǎn)生不好的印象。第二，避免過于華麗的辭藻。提高個(gè)人陳述的豐富性、精彩性當(dāng)然無可厚非，但是若用詞過于華麗、生僻往往會適得其反。比說說，為了表現(xiàn)自己詞匯的豐富，在寫作中利用“utilize”這個(gè)詞替代“use”，往往會給老師一種嘩眾取寵的感覺。所以，寫個(gè)人陳述時(shí)一定要謹(jǐn)記“ Don’t use a 10-cent word when a five-cent word will do.”第三，避免打官腔。想必很多留學(xué)生都認(rèn)為個(gè)人陳述中所描述的自己似乎和真是存在的自己存在較大的偏差，在寫作期間往往會不由自主的打起官腔。比如說，通常情況下你可能會用“Her style of persuasion…”來表述，但寫個(gè)人陳述的時(shí)候就會不自覺的寫“The indication of her rhetorical strategy…”。顯然后者聽起來更加的官方。當(dāng)然，不讓你打官腔也不是說你就可以隨意的使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言，這也是需要注意的。第四，不要用雞毛蒜皮的小事證明大道理。寫個(gè)人陳述的時(shí)候可以從小事著手，但一定要避免寫雞毛蒜皮的消失。比如說，你想要證明自己是個(gè)努力的人，你可以寫自己去做家庭教師，但一定不要寫幫爸媽做家務(wù)。第五，不要羅列自己的成就。寫個(gè)人陳述時(shí)一定要避免羅列自己的成就，個(gè)人陳述字?jǐn)?shù)本身就不多，且自己獲得的榮譽(yù)已經(jīng)在簡歷上進(jìn)行了表述就無需進(jìn)行重復(fù)了，過于重復(fù)自己的成就、榮譽(yù)往往會起到適得其反的效果。

Engaged in hotel and catering business has been my dream for a long time. I have been thinking privately to choose my favorite major in high school and it is also my motivation to study. Travelling and tasting delicacies have always been my two great hobbies, and I have constantly fantasized how wonderful it will be to combine the work and life in the future with my interests and hobbies.
