  六、教學反思

  在進行group work的時候對學生的要求并不是很清楚,有些同學不太清楚課堂學習的要求。課堂上由于第一次參加講課演示緊張導致原先的教學計劃被打亂,原先的教學步驟被打亂,在課程內(nèi)容上有點急,沒有很好的闡述我的教學方法和理念,希望下次能夠更好的表達我的教學方法,和新的`教學理念。在課堂教學中,教學用語的使用不是很流利,在課堂中有些地方想表達的內(nèi)容自己表達的不是很清楚,不能很好的用簡單的語言表達出來,我想這也是一名新教師和老教師之間的差距;匦R院笪視,學校優(yōu)秀的老教師們,如何用最簡單,學生最容易接受的語言來表達教學內(nèi)容。經(jīng)過這次的教學評比,我看到了自己與其他優(yōu)秀教師的差距,看到了自己的不足。更學習到和接受到了全省優(yōu)秀教師們的教學方法,教學經(jīng)驗,教學理念。對我的觸動很大,也讓我對以后的教學表達指明了一條道路。感謝這次的活動,讓我們這些新接觸教師崗位的新人們,認識到自己的不足。同時,也給我們新人提供了表達自己新教學理念的平臺。
