申請(qǐng)流程辦理外國(guó)簽證，無(wú)論是中國(guó)人辦理外國(guó)簽證，還是外國(guó)人辦理其他國(guó)家簽證，無(wú)論采取哪一種方式，是委托代辦，還是自己直接辦理，一般需要經(jīng)過(guò)下列幾個(gè)程序：
