此時(shí)此刻，我站在這個(gè)演講臺(tái)上，心里很緊張，不是因?yàn)槭欠衲苤v得好，而是在座的各位，將來可能成為我的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，可能是我的老板。
有一句話是說：“畢業(yè)等于失業(yè)。”是的，在學(xué)校，我們住學(xué)校的，吃父母的，生活無憂無慮，面臨畢業(yè)，我們就面臨要接受生存的考驗(yàn)。在當(dāng)今這個(gè)就業(yè)形勢非常嚴(yán)峻的今天，大學(xué)生對(duì)將來的生活很茫然，對(duì)找工作也充滿了恐懼感，但是，不能因?yàn)楹ε卤芏h(yuǎn)之，今天，我們要討論的就是：大學(xué)生就業(yè)的問題。
所以說每個(gè)人都要調(diào)整好自己的'心態(tài)，要甘心從基礎(chǔ)做起，不要一開始就把自己定位得太高，免得到了下了臺(tái)階。一旦你的能力被老板發(fā)現(xiàn)了，不用你說自然老板會(huì)給你加薪，提拔你。那些天天吵著加薪的最后的結(jié)果可能都是被吵掉，因?yàn)槔习灏l(fā)現(xiàn)你值不了那么錢一個(gè)月，所以沒有給你加薪，你還在鬧，那結(jié)果可想而知。真正有能力的人不是自己吵著加薪，而是老板自然給你加薪。
此時(shí)此刻，我想給大家講一個(gè)故事，這是發(fā)生在元朝初期的故事。一個(gè)風(fēng)和日麗的下午，一個(gè)年輕人跋山涉水，他走過居庸關(guān)，跨過蒙古草原，一直來到了正在關(guān)外帶兵作戰(zhàn)的成吉思汗的帳篷外，年輕人向衛(wèi)兵說明來意后，衛(wèi)兵仔細(xì)搜查了他的身上是否是武器，發(fā)現(xiàn)沒有，然后讓他走進(jìn)帳篷。成吉思汗見來人很有禮貌，詢問之后才知道，原來這個(gè)年輕人是來投奔他的。這個(gè)年輕人叫做耶律楚才，是個(gè)契丹貴族，生長在燕京，也就是今天的北京，他的祖先耶律阿保機(jī)，是赫赫有名的遼國遼太祖。經(jīng)過這次見面，成吉思汗給他安排了一個(gè)職位，一個(gè)每天寫會(huì)議紀(jì)要的書記官，偶爾也為蒙古貴族算算命，占卜占卜一下星相什么的。耶律楚才沒有因?yàn)榫芙^，他欣然接受了這個(gè)工作，后來，他從一個(gè)小小的官做到宰相，而且一做宰相就是元朝的名宰相，為元朝的發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)，也實(shí)現(xiàn)了自己的人生價(jià)值。
從這個(gè)故事當(dāng)中，我意識(shí)到大學(xué)生找工作要從三個(gè)方面考慮，第一應(yīng)該敢于主動(dòng)去找工作，敢于主動(dòng)去尋找機(jī)會(huì)就業(yè);第二不要眼高手低，任何工作都需要持之以恒、工作是不分貴賤;第三，不要認(rèn)為自己的起點(diǎn)高，就一定要從事高等的工作，放低自己才能找到合適的�，F(xiàn)在的競爭很激烈，大學(xué)生有去洗腳有去做服務(wù)員的，每一份工作都是一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，機(jī)會(huì)也不是到處都有。我們大學(xué)生要真正走出象牙塔，就要主動(dòng)出擊，主動(dòng)尋找就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。
